YOUnity House is a 10-unit complex providing subsidized supported living opportunities for people with mental illness in the Terre Haute, Indiana area.
The efficiency units provide all the comforts of independent living with the support of a close-knit community. Each apartment has a large bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Tenants can enjoy a spacious community room, computer lab, exercise room, and laundry facilities. The complex is conveniently located near public transportation and shopping. Electric, water, and trash are included in rent.

Property Eligibility
Eligible applicants are those who have a documented severe and persistent mental illness and meet low-income guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applicants must meet all tenant selection criteria.
