YOUnity Village is a 30-unit complex that provides subsidized, supported living opportunities for people with mental illness in the Terre Haute, Indiana area.
The one-bedroom apartments provide all the comforts of independent living with the support of a close-knit community. Each apartment has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, roomy bedroom and plenty of storage space. The property is within walking distance to shopping and near public transportation. Electric, gas, water and trash are included in rent.

Housing Eligibility
Eligible applicants are those who have a documented severe and persistent mental illness and meet low-income guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applicants must meet all tenant selection criteria.
