YOUnity House is a 10-unit complex providing subsidized supported living opportunities for people with mental illness in the Terre Haute, Indiana area.
The efficiency units provide all the comforts of independent living with the support of a close-knit community. Each apartment has a large bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Tenants can enjoy a spacious community room, computer lab, exercise room, and laundry facilities. The complex is conveniently located near public transportation and shopping. Electric, water, and trash are included in rent.
Rental Assistance
Mental Health America of West Central Indiana strives to prevent homelessness by ensuring that safe, affordable housing is available to persons with a disability.
We collaborate with area landlords to provide housing to individuals that are homeless and disabled through our Sweet Home Terre Firma program. Eligible participants can be approved for rental assistance for permanent supportive housing programs.
